The Wedding Scheme

Just finished watching The Wedding Scheme. It's a Korean Drama about four sisters who are trying to find love and success in life. It's a simple theme but a great drama. It wasn't extremely addicting I was able to leave the episodes for the next day, I didn't need to stay up and find out what happens but it was interesting and the love story was great.

Extremely cute and interesting I loved it, highly recommend it.   It's funny and cute at the same time and the love stories are great.   If you want to watch a romantic drama that won't have you in tears his is a great one.

K-Pop The Ultimate Audition

Ji Seung Yeon dreams of becoming a hip-hop legend and unexpected events set her on the path to achieve just that, although there is an added obstacle - she has to dress up as a boy in order to join a male idol group. In the process, she meets Kang Woo Hyun, the leader of the popular idol group, M2, who captivates fans with a killer smile that masks his rude and selfish personality.

By far the best drama, my favorite the only problem I that it was canceled before all 16 episodes aired so it ends at episode 14 an things are left unsettled. The love story is awesome its extremely addicting. The cast is great I love Park Yoo Hwan he is amazing and MBLAQ has a few cameos in the drama is like cherry on top of the sundae.  Loved it highly recommend it even if it is not complete what is there is worth watching even if it is not complete.

Dream High 2

Kirin High School of Art has been taken over by Oz Entertainment because of financial bankruptcy. Oz Entertainment then transfers over its own idol stars to Kirin High to avoid a law requiring under age entertainers to study for a set time. Competition then brews between troubled students at Kirin High School of Art and then newly transfered idols from Oz Entertainment.
Shin Hae-Sung enters Kirin High School of Art with a high written exam score, but poor performance scores. She then meets fellow students Jin Yoo-Jin and JB, who makes her realize how fun music can be. Jin Yoo-Jin acted when he was a young child. Now, he is a troubled student dreaming of becoming a rock star. He attempts to cure his pain caused by his parent's divorce through music.

Dream High 2 I think was better than Dream High when I started watching I thought that there is no way a sequel can be better than the original but the story line in the second one was better than the first even though the first one had better cast.  Overall I liked it, not the best drama but it had its good moments and call me a pedo-noona if you must but I couldn't stay away from this drama mainly because of J.B. he is too adorable.

My Fair Lady

Of the high-rolling top 'hot celebrities' of the wealthy upper class in Korea's high society, Kang Hye Na is the one desired by the men, feared and hated by the women. Being the only successor to the largest conglomerate company, Kang San Group, Kang Hye Na has both the looks and the background. She is the owner of the 'Lady Castle' and lives a 'princess-like' life with her servants. Until one day, out of pure coincidence, she comes across Seo Dong Chan who turns her life upside down. Not only does he make her do community service, he even kidnapped her... and now he's the new household manager. Even after stepping on him, crushing him and biting him, he still doesn't give up.

Eun Hye like always is great in her role.  This drama was really interesting, it was funny and playful.  The plot wasn't mayor and the cast wasn't all that it was pretty much all plain, not a drama that I would watch again but for a one time kind of thing it was alright overall I liked it.

Dream High

Six students at Kirin Art High School work to achieve their dreams of becoming stars in the Korean music industry. During the drama, the students learn how to develop their singing, songwriting and dancing skills while also undergoing personal growth. They also go through their love life and start to develop feelings for each other. Each one of the students has his or her own strengths and weaknesses, but with the support and guidance of each other, they strive to debut on stage.

The story line is really interesting the competitions they have to go through to succeed its really interesting.  The love story revolves around three couples, sort of.  The first couple is Go Hye Mi  and Song Sam-dong. But Hyun Shi-hyuk also liked Hye Mi and thats one thing I didn't like about the drama I was supporting Shi Hyuk to be with Hye Mi and since it didn't work out like that I dislike this drama. But the thing that I did like was IU and Woo Young as Pil Sook and Jason they were so adorable, one of my favorite couples ever.  Also this is where my IU addiction started after this drama I was into IU songs all the time she is still my favorite K-Pop singer!

Shinning Inharitance

Go Eun Sung (played by Han Hyo Joo) has lived a blissful life similar to that of Cinderella - her father loves her and her autistic brother dearly, while her stepmother despises the fact that Eun Sung gets everything her own daughter can't have. However, tragedy strikes: her father passes away, she is kicked out of her home, and her younger brother disappears without a trace. Eun Sung perseveres, working hard to make enough money for a small home and constantly searching for her missing brother. She meets an old woman, Jang Sook Ja, who happens to be the CEO of a food company, and her kindness touches the grandmother. Sook Ja brings Eun Sung into her family and announces that the girl will inherit her fortune and company, sparking a bitter rivalry between Eun Sung and Sook Ja's spoiled grandson Hwan.

This drama is really touching the female lead sometimes makes decisions that make her seem weak but overall it's good, I liked it and I highly recommend it.

Spy Myung Wol

An elite North Korean spy, Han Myung Wol, and her partner, Choi Ryu, infiltrates South Korea on a mission to disrupt the Hallyu Wave by kidnapping one of their top stars, Kang Woo. Despite her proficiency at her job, Myung Wol's one weakness is her uncontrollable curiosity. Hijinks ensue when she falls in love with Kang Woo instead.

It's a really fun drama to watch, Myung Wol only knows combat she lacks knowledge in human interactions, so when she has to seduce Kang Woo it's interesting to watch. Very romantic and I recommend it. The couples are great and you will be really into it, its awesome.  Myung Wol and Kang Woo are such a adorable couple .

Heading To The Ground

The drama about a man trying to achieve what is thought to be impossible: fulfilling his dreams of being a great soccer player. He meets Kang Hae Bin, a sports agent who tries to live her life away from the influence of her rich father.

It's a good drama, nothing special.  It started out great but was kind of draggy.  If you want watch a nice drama that won't make u addicted then this is a good choice. The thing that I did like is that it's a sport drama, there isn't many sport Korean dramas.  Also I love soccer and I love Yun Ho so with that combination even if it was draggy I loved it just cuz I get to watch him play soccer, and anything Yun Ho does is amazing so it made me love watching every minute of it.

You're Beautiful

The management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singer to the group as the lead vocal, Tae Kyung's voice was hurting. However, the new member, Mi Nam, had to go to the States to repair a botched eye job just before signing the contract. His agent came up with the idea of having his twin sister, Mi Nyu,to stand in for him and pretend that she was her brother. The two of them grew up in an orphanage and Mi Nyu, who was all set to become a nun, agreed to this charade as she didn't want to spoil her brother's chance of fame which would make it easier to look for their mother.

One of my all time favorites definitely on my TOP 10. I typically think its weird when a girl pretends to be Guy for any reason but I love it in movies and dramas. This drama is really cute it has a typical theme of good girl likes bad boy, bad boy hates good girl, good girl changes bad boy and they live happily ever after ( my favorite k-drama concept). The cutest cast ever I love them all <3 I highly recommend it if you didn't see it go right now and watch it!

Sunny Happiness

Xiang Yun Jie is rich man who was once divorced, and unknowingly had an eight year old son. He is also a young owner of a hotel. Fang Yong Yong is an orphan. She works as a housekeeper in the hotel that Xiang Yun Jie owns. The two of them started their fairy tale like love story from a 'fake marriage'. Xiang Yun Jie's brother, Xiang Yun Chao (Li Yi Feng), is always hiding in the shadow, he is also the one who completes the love triangle.

Once again Taiwanese dramas have horrible video quality. But this drama was cute I loved it. One of the best Taiwanese dramas if you like Taiwanese dramas then I recommend this one.  The love story was kind of rocky, you would not want to be in her position but then again when you see how beautiful their love is you think okay  its still better other situations.  And as always I'm a sucker for "fake marriages" that turn into the greatest love ever type of scenarios

Still, Marry Me

Lee Shin-young couldn't wait to get married when she was 32. But she's still single at the age of 36! She hasn't found a soul mate yet nor has she found success in her career. Her unforgiving personality is worse than ever. Now she's about to learn some hard lessons about life at the age of 36. This drama depicts lives of three women who are closing one chapter of their life and entering the next. Lee Shin Young, Jung Da Jung and Kim Boo Ki are three women in their 30s whose romantic relationships have faltered due to their career ambitions, but find themselves given a chance to make a fresh start.

Age is nothing but a number love wise I agree a person who is younger than another can be a better boyfriend/girlfriend husband/wife ect. But I still think that age is a factor in relationships especially in Korean dramas they are always mentioning seniority and stuff. Anyway I'm old fashioned when it comes to that stuff I want the guy to be at least the same age as the girl if not older. So when I started watching this drama I didn't read what it was about I was just like "OMG Kim Bum he's so freaked cute Kyeeee Bum Oppa Saragnhea". Even though I don't like these kinds of relationships the story was really good I enjoyed the drama very much an I recommend it.

Oh! My Lady

A spunky 35-year-old housewife, Yoon Gae Hwa, takes on the job of manager to prickly top star Sung Min Woo in order to earn enough money to regain custody of her child from her ex-husband. Romantic hijinks and hilarity ensues when they find themselves in an awkward living situation as Min Woo pays Gae Hwa to take care of his daughter, Ye Eun.

Weird concept. He got a kid with another women she got a kid with another man. She is his made they fall in love not really story plot that makes u think wow she is the luckiest girl, he is such a catch or maybe I'm just judgmental either way the drama was so-so. I watched this drama when I didn't know about K-Pop and the only group I knew was Super Junior, they were my first. So when I watched this I was really into Si Won (my love is Yesung) he was good in this drama I enjoyed his acting. The drama overall is okay but not something I would watch again.

Drunken To Love You

Two strangers, both proposed marriage to their respective girl/boyfriend, were rejected on the same day. They decided that the best way to deal with the rejection was to get drunk, real drunk. During the 24 hours of their crazy drunkenness, these two stranger became fast friends and got married... to each other. When they finally sobered up, they embarked on a mission to undo every crazy thing they did while they were drunk and prayed that their girl/boyfriend wouldn't find out. However, it turns out that Jie Xiu's girlfriend, Ai Wei, doesn't want a scandal affecting her movie so she asks him to stay married to Xiao Ru for three months.

I have mentioned before that I don't like to watch Taiwanese dramas because of their poor video quality, but sometime I trick myself and I start one and then I get addicted. This drama was awesome I loved it it makes me awww just writing this and some moments really stuck with me, it's extremely adorable, and really funny and fun to watch. And as always I love the "fake marriage" turns into true love type of scenario. If you don't mind the poor video quality then I highly recommend it.

Killer Girl K

Cha Yeon Jin is a high school girl whose outwardly normal existence and reticent character masks her true identity: she is a professional assassin who is seeking vengeance for her mother after watching her killed in front of her eyes. She infiltrates SS1, the secret organization that her mother was connected to, by becoming one of their killers, all the while trying to track down her mother's murderer.

The action in this drama is great the first two episodes where awesome I you like action, murder and blood gushing fun, but the lat episode was confusing I went two weeks thinking episode four will come out and clear everything up but there was no episode four so later I kept thinking that I didn't finish episode 3 all the way through but I did its just that episode three didn't really summarize anything and was very confusing to me. So overall I wouldn't recommend this drama.

Love Buffet

Xiao Feng is a lively girl, who loves to work with kids, she also is starting her first year of college. When the arrival Yi Cheng and Da Ye, her new neighbors; who also attend the same college that she does. She has to figure out a way that she can survive at school, knowing the two hottest, richest guys are sharing a house with her. Yi Cheng is a quiet, handsome guy, who can't get over his past romance, Da Ye on the other hand, who is cute, charming and very sweet, doesn't know the meaning of love, he is quite a playboy. But when Xiao Feng falls in love with Da Ye, He can only say he doesn't know what a real relationship is. Heart Broken, she finds herself being comforted by his cousin Yi Cheng, falling for him now, she is once again broken hearted, and crawls back to Da Ye.

I don't watch Taiwanese dramas often, they have great ones but the quality is horrible and it pisses me off so I don't bother, but there are a few that I watched an one of them is Love Buffet. The story started out great, two guys moved in the same house as Xiao Feng and they were great, nice, caring and sweet.  One is an outcast and the other is popular she goes back and fourth between the two guys which is really weird since they are cousins and in the end she kinda makes a decision but it wasn't like she totally sure idk really it was a stupid ending. Either way it was whatever I wouldn't recommend it kind of a waste of time. One main reason I watched it was because I'm a big fan of Fahrenheit.

Heartstrings

Lee Shin is a university student majoring in modern music. He is also the vocalist and guitarist of the band "The Stupid." Shin is known for his good looks and strong passion for music, but in reality he is cold, lacks interest in anything unrelated to music and has neither dreams nor plans for the future. He initially likes Jung Yoon Soo, a dance professor at university, but this all changes when he meets Lee Kyu Won. Lee Kyu Won is a bright and outgoing student who was born into a prestigious family and is majoring in traditional Korean instruments, especially the gayageum. Trying to live up to her grandfather's expectations, Kyu Won immerses herself in training and becomes a university student who knows nothing outside of her studies.

Really cute drama, fun to watch and the leads have great chemistry.  I am a huge fan of Yong Hwa he is just awesome at everything he does so I had to watch this drama and it did not disappoint.  And I guess if Yong Hwa wasn't able to get Shin Hye in You're Beautiful he got her in this one =).

Playful Kiss

A high school girl named Oh Ha Ni (Jung So Min) who is in the bottom of her class has had a crush on popular and genius male student, Baek Seung Jo (Kim Hyun Joong) ever since she saw him on the first day of high school. Ha Ni decides to confess through a letter, but is rejected by Seung Jo, who tells her that he hates stupid girls.

This is one of the few dramas I disliked very much, the story line revolves around Ha Ni trying everything she can to make Seung Jo like her but he is cold to her through out the whole drama even the scenes that are suppose to be "romantic" are not cute at all it's usually him playing with her heart and their marriage is like regular real life marriage thats not the point of watching this if they are gona make the guy mean the whole time, he is suppose to change to a nice guy not stay an asshole through our the whole drama.

Secret Garden

When an egotistical CEO of a luxury department store mistakes a stuntwoman for a famous actress, they get under each other's skin in more ways than one as their lives become hopelessly intertwined. Kim Joo Won (Hyun Bin) is in charge of his family's Roel Department Store, but on most days, he prefers not to show up for work and just let his minions run the store as they see fit. He shares a close, but at times competitive, relationship with his cousin, Choi Woo Young (Yoon Sang Hyun), a K-pop singer using the stage name Oska who is beginning to decline in popularity.

Amazing drama one of the best I have seen it will make you laugh, cry, happy, sad and everything in between. The characters are great and the story line is awesome so make sure to watch it. Highly recommended a must watch like a classic k-drama.

City Hunter

To fulfill a promise to his best friend, Jin Pyo kidnaps Moo Yul's son, Lee Yoon Sung, and raises him in a remote area of Thailand to become an elite combat soldier while patiently plotting to seek revenge on the "Council of Five" Korean government officials who planned operation Clean Sweep. Yoon Sung is aided in his quest by Bae Man Duk, a gambler he saved from thugs in Thailand, and by Kim Na Na, a Blue House bodyguard who finds out his real identity and falls in love with him. Meanwhile, Prosecutor Kim Young Joo, a son of one of the Council of Five, tries to root out corruption in the government while also trying to track and learn the real identity of the City Hunter.

City Hunter to me is the most popular Korean Drama so far. People who don't watch K-dramas, don't know what K-dramas are and can't even pronounce the characters names have watched and loved City Hunter.  I as well enjoyed it very much and especially because of Lee Min Ho! He was great in the drama really captured my heart.  There was not enough scenes revolving around the love story but it was still great.

Goong

Goong is a story about young love in face of tradition, politics, and intrigue. In the imaginary world, modern-day Korea is a constitutional monarchy and the Royal Family lives in a grand Palace, the Goong. Story opens with the sudden death of the reigning the King. Faced with the decreasing popularity among the public for the Royalty, a grand wedding for the Crown Prince, Lee Shin (Joo Ji Hoon), is decided to be the best publicity move to improve the image of the Royalty and at the same time prepare Shin for immediate succession. The intended bride? The headstrong, awkward, and sweet spirited Shin Chae-kyung (Yoon Eun Hye) that just happens to go to the same exclusive art school. Chae-kyung was betrothed to become the next Crown Princess by her grandfather and Shin's grandfather.

The chemistry between the lead roles is amazing I felt as if they were really meant to be with each other and that it wasn't just a script they are reading. It does drag a bit, but over all I was very much addicted to it. Overall I loved the drama very much and would recommend it. And off course it's staring Yoon Eun Hye need more to say?

Lie To Me!

Lie to Me is a story about Gong Ah Jung(Yoon Eun Hye), a level 5 Ministry of Culture official, gets entangled in a web of lies when she mistakenly lies that she's married to Hyun Ki Joon(Kang Ji Hwan), a hotel manager from an affluent family. Their relationship is further complicated when Ki Joon's ex-fiancée and a close friend of his brother's, Oh Yoon Joo(Jo Yoon Hee), reappears in his life.
One of my favorite dramas definitely in my TOP 10. Yoon Eun Hye is my favorite Korean actress and as usual she is amazing in her role. Its a romantic comedy that will also touch your heart. Highly recommended. Watched it 3 time.

Boys Over Flowers

Geum Jan Di is an ordinary girl whose family owns a dry cleaning store.  While delivering dry cleaning to a student at the prestigious Shin Hwa High School, she saves his life by stopping his attempt at jumping off the roof and is given a full swimming scholarship.  She attends Shin Hwa High and soon is terrorized by the leader of F4 (the four richest and most popular boys at the school) Gu Jun Pyo.  Although Jun Pyo persists on bullying her, he begins to find himself attracted to Jan Di. However, Jan Di has a crush on Yoon Ji Hoo, Jun Pyo's best friend.  When she realizes that Ji Hoo is merely a close friend and that she really loves Jun Pyo the couple are thrown into a dilemma as Jun Pyo's mother sets out to break them up and find a more suitable match for her son.
One of the best K-Dramas ever, every K-Drama fan has seen this drama.  It's the basics of K-Dramas you have to crawl before you can learn to walk, and this is what I think of Boys Over Flowers as the beginning of  a different world, the door to another dimension and that dimension is K-Dramas.  Maybe this is just what I think because this is the first drama I ever watched and this is where I started my addiction with K-Dramas it all started with Lee Min Ho.  It's a great love story one of my favorite, if you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend you watch it.
